The office design is the first impression that is made on your team, clients, and stakeholders every day. Starting from office layout, then deciding office interior design and finally selecting office furniture, we work with you to tailor your new office to your organisation.
Office layout: we establish the layout that best suits you, whether that is an open plan office, or adding internal meeting rooms including versatile video conferencing , internal offices, standalone phone booths or even building private tea points or other amenities. We then offer you a host of office finishes: flooring options, wallpaper or specific paint colours to your branding, and sometimes even ceiling details. Finally, we curate a selection of office furniture options including soft seating, meeting table options, rugs, and small interior design pieces to make your office truly yours.
Our Reception & Admin services are there to support you, welcoming your guests, handling your calls, and helping you with any admin requirement. We can also help with a variety of services such as printing, mailing, dry cleaning, catering, organising office celebrations, stationery ordering and plenty more. Our team are on hand to help free up your time to look after your business.
Our buildings come as standard with state of the art IT & Communications systems. Each building comes with both a main and a backup fibre optic internet line to ensure the highest reliability of internet service. We offer a variety of different internet setups for your organisation, and can also provide additional services and hardware including but not limited to VOIP telephony.
Our versatile Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces are designed for productive meetings and memorable events. The meeting rooms come fully equipped with video conferencing equipment, magnetic glassboards and complimentary refreshments. We offer a variety of additional services including catering and guest management so that you can concentrate on your meetings. Our large buidlings have event spaces so that you can host an evening event with your organisation. As part of this we can also offer catering and additional services for you to host the perfect event. Both our meeting rooms and event spaces are for our clients only, we don’t offer these to external organisations.
Our expert Facilities Management team ensures our buildings are always running smoothly. All areas are maintained and cared for to the highest standard, from your office to the communal areas, the plant and equipment that keeps the buildings operating seamlessly. Given we operate building’s that we own, we act as stewards of our buidlings. We take pride in our buildings and afford every attention we can so that they work for you.
Each office comes with its own climate control, enabling clients to control temperature, fan levels as well as mode (heat, cool, fan only, dry, auto). We can also remotely control office climate through each building’s centralised control panel. Offices come with state of the art access control enabling clients. Offices are cleaned nightly by our fantastic housekeeping team.
Our building’s have continual silent daytime cleaning as well as daily evening cleans of offices and communal areas. Additionally we also have support from our onsite maintenance team to address any building issues in a timely manner.
